Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our hotel door lock products and provide after-sales support for system compatibility, installation and troubleshooting.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if ALL of the following conditions are met:
✔ Within 30 days of delivery
✔ Product is unused, undamaged and in original packaging
✔ All accessories and manuals are included
❌ Customized items (such as hotel logo engraving, custom cards, lock firmware customization, etc.) are not eligible for return unless defective.
Defective or Wrong Items
If the product is defective or incorrect due to our responsibility, we will:
• Provide replacement parts or full replacement
• OR issue a full refund
Evidence required: clear photos / videos of the problem + order number.
Non-Quality Returns
If the buyer requests a return for reasons not related to product quality:
• Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer
• Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned products
• A restocking fee may apply based on the situation
Refund Time
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
